We offer in-person therapy in San Luis Obispo and telehealth across California. We provide therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families for those 12 years old and older. We offer many therapy options with a focus on individual needs and concerns.

In order to support our community and provide therapy to those who cannot afford it, we ask that you consider what you can pay. We offer a pay scale based on income and sliding scale costs for those in need. We also accept the following the insurances: Cen-cal, Aetna, and Carelon.
