We offer in-person therapy in San Luis Obispo and telehealth across California. We provide therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families for those 12 years old and older. We offer many therapy options with a focus on individual needs and concerns.

Therapy with Dr. Adare Toral begins at $200. Associate sessions are $150.

In order to support our community and provide therapy to those who cannot afford it, we ask that you consider what you can pay. We offer a pay scale based on income and sliding scale costs for those in need. We also offer reduced costs for college students.

We also accept the following the insurances: Cen-cal, Aetna, and United Health.
