We offer in-person therapy in San Luis Obispo and telehealth across California. Please visit the intensives page for more information about EMDR and Parts-work therapy intensives. We provide therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families for those 12 years old and older. We offer many therapy options with a focus on individual needs and concerns.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form, email, call, or text. We will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. Following a consultation, we can schedule an initial session where we will talk about goals, what you are hoping to get out of therapy, and get to know each other. Following that intake session, the work begins with the therapy best suited for you.

In order to support our community and provide therapy to those who cannot afford it, we ask that you consider what you can pay. We offer a sliding scale based on income and need. We also offer reduced costs for college students.
