Here's How We Can Help
Central Coast Psychotherapy is a small group practice with trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ supportive, community-minded therapists. We provide a safe and comfortable space to discuss life's issues and concerns while working to develop a better future.
Authentic connection is central to our work as therapists and as human beings. We want to support you in making meaningful and deeply connected relationships, having an improved mood, and a general sense of well-being.
We use trauma-focused therapy and specialties in order to provide individualized treatment for each client.
We seek to provide the best care for everyone through equitable treatment and fair pricing with sliding scales available and various insurances accepted.
