Here's How We Can Help

Here's How We Can Help

At Central Coast Psychotherapy, we do more than just talk about the past; we help you move through it and heal from it. As a specialized, trauma-focused practice, we move beyond traditional therapy and utilize holistic treatments to serve you as a whole person.

Trauma has a way of staying in the body and affecting how we show up in the world. Central Coast Psychotherapy specializes in helping men, women, and teens (12+) navigate the path from surviving to thriving.

Our therapists are highly trained and specialized clinicians. We are also human beings dedicated to authentic connection and healing. By blending EMDR, Parts Work, and Somatic practices, we offer a powerful approach to healing from childhood trauma, relational shame, relationship issues, and anything else you have experienced.

We believe everyone deserves a safe space to find their voice. Our practice is rooted in the Central Coast community and is committed to providing premium, individualized care with a focus on complete well-being.
