Here's How We Can Help
At Central Coast Psychotherapy, we don’t just talk about the past— we help you move through it. As a specialized, trauma-focused practice, we move beyond traditional therapy.
Trauma has a way of staying in the body and affecting how we show up in the world. Central Coast Psychotherapy specializes in helping men, women, and teens (12+) navigate the path from surviving to thriving.
Our therapists are more than just clinicians; we are human beings dedicated to authentic connection and healing. By blending EMDR, Parts Work, and Somatic practices, we offer a powerful approach to healing from childhood trauma, relational distress, relationship issues, or anything else you have experienced.
We believe everyone deserves a safe space to find their voice. Our practice is rooted in the Central Coast community and is committed to providing premium, individualized care with a focus on holistic well-being.

We combine thoughtful, mindful, human-centered approaches with clear communication and evidence-based therapies. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart. Traditional therapy can often feel one-sided; we believe in being human first. Our therapists offer genuine warmth, occasional humor, and real-time reflections.
