Virtual Mental Health Support in California

Trauma-informed care, right where you are.

You don’t have to compromise on the quality of your therapy just because of your location or a packed schedule. Our virtual practice brings specialized, trauma-informed clinicians directly to you.

Same deep connection, more accessible

Virtual therapy isn't a lesser alternative to in-person care. Online services are highly effective and allow for a collaborative space tailored to modern lives. We deliver the exact same specialized trauma, EMDR, and somatic modalities you'd receive in our physical office, entirely from the privacy of your own home or office.

In-person and remote options

Our office is conveniently located in San Luis Obispo, but therapy is accessible online anywhere in California. Online therapy allows you to prioritize your mental health around your schedule and availability.

Therapy intensives are accessible in-person in SLO and online or in-home in California
